Holistic
Healing,
One-On-One
Care

Picture
We approach physical therapy from a holistic point of view, believing that the body must be addressed as an integrated whole in order for sustained improvements to occur.  Rather than treating only the symptoms of dysfunction, we aim to evaluate and address its sources.

To these ends we practice manual therapies including Barnes myofascial release, visceral manipulation, joint mobilization, trigger point release, and others.  We also employ exercise, biofeedback, relaxation techniques, education, and self treatment strategies to facilitate your recovery.

You will be treated one-on-one, in a private treatment room, utilizing a program tailored to your specific needs, to help you reach your specific goals.

In many cases a multi-disciplinary approach may be recommended.  To provide the highest quality care for my patients we work with a network of trusted holistic healthcare practitioners.

We consider it a great honor to be trusted with your care, and are committed to doing our best to help you reach your goals, as quickly and efficiently as possible!
