Frequently
Asked
Questions

What do you treat?
We are physical therapists who specialize in diagnosis of the pelvis in women.  We treat both men and women for tailbone pain.

How much will it cost?

Physical Therapy:  The cost of initial evaluation (75-90 minutes) is $250, and each follow-up session is $185 (55 minutes).  Each session is tailored to your individual needs, and designed to help you reach your specific goals as quickly as possible.

Telehealth Consultations and PT sessions: these are conducted via a
secure telemedicine service, are billed at $130 for 55 minutes and $70 for 25 minute sessions.  For more information, click here.

Yoga for Pelvic Health Online Sessions:  We offer individual classes for $90, or packages of 6 for $456 ($76 each).

Therapeutic Massage:  The cost of a 55 minute sessions is $120.

Do you take my insurance?
In order to avoid the time constraints and treatment regulations that result from working with insurance companies, and to be able to provide the highest level of care to our patients, Wellsprings Health does not work with insurance in-network.   However we can assist you by sending in billing statements to most insurance companies out-of-network.

At this time telehealth sessions cannot be submitted for reimbursement.

A final note- Wellsprings Health cannot provide care through Medicare or Medicare subsidiaries either "in" OR "out" of network.  If you are a Medicare patient and would still like to receive treatment, please call the office to discuss.
